FAFO FAB CO is a family-owned 3D-printing business based in Washington State. We offer ready-made 3D-printed products and custom creations.
2. Products and Availability
We strive to accurately describe and photograph our products. Because our items are 3D printed, slight variations in color, texture, layer lines, and finish may occur. These are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Product availability, designs, and prices may change without notice. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you to discuss available options or provide a refund for the unavailable item.
3. Custom Orders
Custom orders are created according to the details agreed upon between the customer and FAFO FAB CO. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including names, spelling, measurements, colors, and design preferences.
Production timelines and pricing for custom orders will be communicated before work begins. Significant changes requested after production begins may result in additional charges or delays.
Custom and personalized products are final sale, except when they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by FAFO FAB CO. Please contact us if there is a problem with your order.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout. Payment must be successfully processed before an order is fulfilled, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Payments are processed through our available third-party payment providers. FAFO FAB CO does not directly store your complete payment card information.
5. Processing and Shipping
Ready-made orders generally require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Custom order processing times vary depending on the design, complexity, and current workload.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

6. Returns and Refunds
Ready-made products: Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements outlined in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Custom products: Custom and personalized items are final sale except when damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

7. Product Use and Safety
Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and following any included care or safety instructions. Unless specifically described otherwise, our 3D-printed products are not intended for food contact, medical applications, or safety-critical purposes.
Products containing small parts may present a choking hazard and should be kept away from young children. Decorative products should not be exposed to excessive heat, open flames, or other conditions that could cause damage or create a safety risk.
8. Designs and Intellectual Property
Website content, original designs, branding, and photographs belonging to FAFO FAB CO may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission. Certain products may incorporate designs licensed from third-party creators, whose rights remain with their respective owners.
Customers requesting custom work must have the necessary rights or permission to use any logos, artwork, photographs, or other materials they provide. We reserve the right to decline requests that may infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable law.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to accommodate requests when practical. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after an order has shipped or custom production has begun.
10. Website Information
We work to keep our website accurate and available, but occasional errors, interruptions, or technical issues may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and contact customers when an error affects an order.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FAFO FAB CO is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
