At FAFO FAB CO, we take pride in creating quality 3D-printed products. We want you to love your purchase! Please review our refund and returns policy before ordering.
Ready-Made Products
We accept return requests for eligible ready-made, non-personalized products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact us for approval before returning anything.
For change-of-mind returns, customers pay return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized 3D prints are final sale and cannot be returned due to a change of mind, incorrect customer-provided information, or personal preferences. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the agreed specifications, please contact us so we can make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please email info@fafofabco.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund. If a return is required because of our error or a confirmed defect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.
About 3D-Printed Products
Minor layer lines, seams, and small surface variations are normal characteristics of 3D printing and are not considered defects. Colors may vary slightly due to filament batches, lighting, and screen settings.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
Return Instructions
Please contact us before shipping anything back. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate mailing address when a return is approved.
